Firewise Communities
Calabasas Firewise is working to protect Calabasas residents from the growing threat of wildfire. The NFPA Firewise USA® Program encourages local safety solutions by empowering homeowners to take responsibility for protecting homes from wildfire risk, and the protection of our open spaces.

No-cost Home Wildfire Assessments
Our Home Wildfire Assessments are currently provided FREE OF CHARGE by Calabasas Firewise and our partners. Upon request, a volunteer assessor will visit your home and conduct a guided walk-through with you to provide real-time feedback and address questions or concerns specific to the property.
Home Insurance Discounts
That’s right, Calabasas Residents in our Firewise communities are getting discounts on their home insurance. Braewood Calabasas, Calabasas Highlands, Calabasas Hills Estates, Calabasas Park Estates, Calabasas Ridge, Creekside Calabasas Park, El Encanto, Greater Mulwood, Mont Calabasas, Mountain Park, Mulholland Heights North, Stonecreek, The Estates of the Oaks, The Oaks of Calabasas, Vista Pointe, and Westridge Calabasas have been designated by NFPA as Firewise Communities.
