California has enacted “Safer from Wildfires” requiring insurance companies to recognize Firewise USA® designated communities by providing discounts to property owners in those communities.
Braewood Calabasas, Calabasas Hills Estates, Creekside Calabasas Park, The Estates of the Oaks, Fire Safe Westridge Calabasas, Greater Mulwood, Mont Calabasas, The Oaks of Calabasas, The Ridge, and Vista Pointe have been designated by NFPA as Firewise Communities.
You can download your Certificate today, but only if you live in one of the above communities.
