• The City of Calabasas Home Hardening Wildfire Resiliency Incentive Grant Program funding is contingent upon funding from the City of Calabasas.
• When the designated Program budget is exhausted, the Program will be terminated. Upon termination of the Program, incomplete applications in progress will immediately be denied.
• Eligible Grant Reimbursement Expenditures must be listed on the Home Ignition Zone Evaluation (HIZE) assessment report and related to Wildfire Mitigation and Home Hardening.
• Only one grant may be awarded per Residential Property.

• A site visit inspection of the property may be required to verify the proper installation of the completed work.

It is only a stage in the application process. If a grant is awarded to the Resident, the Resident will be required to complete and sign a Home Hardening Wildfire Resiliency Incentive Grant Program Agreement.
