The Regional Firewise Community Leader Workshop is by Exclusive Invitation ONLY.
It is not open to the public.

IMPORTANT VENDOR/ORGANIZATION INFORMATION:

Event Date: Saturday, May 9th, 2026
Vendor Setup: 7:30 – 8:00 am
Vendor room open 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Vendor Breakdown: 4:00 – 5:00 pm

What will be provided:

1 – 6-foot table
2 – Chairs

Please Note:

There are limited tables with electrical power.
Electrical power will only be provided upon request.
There is not much space between the vendor tables.
Wall mounting is not allowed.
Pop-up displays may need to be placed behind the table.
Drinks, Snacks, and Lunch will be provided.
